UNIT OBJECTIVES


By the end of the unit Ss will

  • be able to use the active vocabulary of the unit
  • be able to use articles with names of musical instruments and cumulative adjectives in a specific order based on their category
  • have practised reading and listening about music styles, music events, famous musicians and the role of music in people's life
  • have practised asking for and sharing information within the limits of the unit
  • be able to recommend a music festival to attend, to describe a career of a famous musician / band, to invite a person to a music event and to evaluate a musician's performance
  • be able to write a short review of a music event, tips how to become a successful musician and an essay about the role of music in people's life
